In the Faena Art Project Room, Massimo Dutti will present an exhibition by Marina Abramović titled Nomadic Journey and Spirit of Places. This intimate exhibition invites visitors to explore over four decades of Abramović’s drawings, poetry, photographs, and reflections. Celebrating over four decades of artistry and resilience, the exhibition bridges contemporary art and human connection, unveiling Marina Abramović's creative journey. The exhibition chronicles her nomadic life and artistic evolution through archival materials, poetry, and reflections. These works are compiled into a coffee table book, offering a glimpse into her creative process. Featuring hOtel notebooks and spaces of profound artistic reflection, the book reproduces these elements with exceptional attention to detail.

ABOUT THE ARTIST

Serbian performance artist Marina Abramović, known as the “godmother of performance art,” has been at the forefront of the art world for over 40 years. Her work explores the relationship between artist and audience, with highlights including her Venice Biennale win for *Balkan Baroque* (1997) and the groundbreaking *The Artist is Present* retrospective at MoMA (2010), where she sat in silence with visitors for over 700 hours.
